Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida

Disability and Labor Law

If I have a disability, my employer informs me that my position is being absorbed by another vacant position, they offer me the vacant position but, I am not able to accept that position because of my physical limitations, they try to string me along before terminating me, and I resign informing them that I can't accept the job because it requires more of me physically, would I be entitle to unemployment compensation?
