Legal Question in Technology Law in Florida

Using the web to tell a real life story

I want to use my website to tell a true story about my husband's ex. I have seen many other sites with the same topic. Can I do this without mentioning real names legally? She will use it against us but the truth needs to be told.

Please let me know. We had tried to start and online business but she attacked it as being a very lucrative business to get more money now I want to use the site to tell the real Malicious Mother Syndrome story. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You want to be careful with that due to defamation laws.

We can review your site before you launch and each post to try to limit your exposure. We can also represent you if and when you're sued for defamation.
