Request for return of delivered item
I purchased a complete mattress set. Paid cash prior to delivery and signed a contract. Mattress set was delivered and I signed a receipt of delivery. A higher value mattress set was delivered by mistake and was not seen by myself or the delivery persons(outer plastic wrapping had my initials written on it). Went to the store immediately after delivery and informed them of the mistake and stated I wanted to keep this matress set. After 9 days the store contacted me wanting me to return the mattress and they would replace it with the original contracted mattress. Question: Do I have to return the mattress?
