Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
In the state of florida are you obligated to pay gratuity if the establishment adds it to the bill? I understand that restaurants are required to post notice of "mandatory gratuity" but are you obligated to pay?

if there is a notice that the bill will be increased by a percentage, then it is mandatory
