Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Currently 73 Florida residents, still working full time earning $3000/month. Have social security and a previous pension, I have no other assets. Yesterday, my bank checking account was garnished. My Social Security check for my wife and I will be direct deposited Wednesday. How can I get access to that money, it is needed to live? My wife and I both have severe medical conditions and the current income is only allowing us to go from pay check to pay check. Can my current wages be garnished?

You need to see a consumer lawyer who handles garnishments. See www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com for information on garnishment and for a NACA lawyer in your area.
