Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I was having a bad service with T-mobile, so bad that I decided to leave them. When I left they charged me all kinds of fees that I do not want to pay. Now I'm getting phone call from debt people asking me to pay the money. what happens if I ignore it? Can I take T-mobile to court?

Look at your agreement with T-mobile to see if you agreed to the fees. Start there. If you did, then try to negotiate the fees down. See www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com under collection for more assistance.
