I file bankruptcy and chase credit cards was granted a judgement for 9,000.00. We live on social security our house is mortgage-they said they would ccut the bill in half but I can only make 50.00 mnth

payment my husband has alzheimers i have heart problems we did not duen anything with malice-I

could not understand why we didn't know to go to court and fend for oursleves. The Girl was real wise

on the phone wanted me to account to her for my income said she will tell the chase I am not going tp co operate. Can they take our home which is mortgage-or auto sell our furniture ???????

Creditor's cannot touch your homestead or one of your autos. Furniture - no. Having not informed you is illegal. You need to talk with an attorney and have the judgment vacated.
