Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Hi,

I own a small cleaning business and did some cleaning and did not get paid. Should I seek legal action against the realtor or the person that is either contracted by the realtor who gave me the work.

Agreed. Best to have contractual agreement in writing. May be able to

use small claims court or the threat of legal action to obtain payment.
