My husband and I own T.H.Carpentry Inc. my husband did some work for a "Marlo Design"

Marlo owed Troy money $17,000.00 . Marlo paid in $250.00 checks. Now they have Insivsient

funds. Please Email my husband ,

Have no idea what "insivsient" funds means. If you are saying they are now insolvent, then file an action in county court for the remainder of your funds.
