Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Release of Lien on Property

May, 2002 I put my house up for collateral for [some one else] $19,000 bond. The party's mother did the same. The lien amt was applied to both of our properties{total of liens $38,000}. The lien was not removed due to non-payment on a promissary note for the 10% cash needed for the bond. 2006 the mother died, her property sold. The Bondsman provided the parties involved in the sale the lien satisfaction document. This has been filed with the court. The Bondsman refuses to provide any paperwork or explanation to me.My lien is still attatched. I have ALL the paperwork that was signed the night the bond was issued.I own my property outright & have no plans to sell any time soon. Is there any other direction I might take besides just waiting this out??? Save ur breathe I will not do the same again!!!!!! THANKS
