is the status of limitations applies to medical bill? I got a bill 3 weeks ago from Jackon memorial hospital for 3500 dollars , even i dont recall from june 2000 for services rendered to me.

The Statute of Limitation has run out. The fact that a collection agency retrieve this from the records does not necessarily mean you are on the hook UNLESS the judgment that was placed against you was renewed.
