Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i was arrested but the case was dropped and never went forward, no hearing or anything. this was for an assoult case about 2 years ago i just applied for my CWP will this affect me >

If your charge was dismissed and this is the only charge on your record, then that shouldn't prevent you from getting a permit.
