Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Can I be arrested for using a debit card if I was given the card and the pin number to go to the store but I also took money out of the bank as well?

Yes. Once you exceed the authority you were given to use the card, it becomes theft. If questioned, immediately invoke your right to an attorney and your right to remain silent. Then, go get an attorney.
