Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Bail ???

My step son was arrested on a three year old drug charge in San Antonio Texas. The arrest took place in Tamps Florida on 01/15/09.

Can I bond him out of jail or does he have to be returned to Texas?

An attorney would need more information so your son's case could be looked up. If you are interested in receiving further information, I can help you look the information up on Hillsborough County's online docket system.

I would need his name and DOB. Once his case is looked up, it would be easy to tell if he has a bond or if his case is pending extradition.
