Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Boating violation

I have been ticketed by the military authorities for trespassing on military property while operating my boat. In short, I don't understand the severity of this offence. Could an attorney give me some expansion on the nature of this violation?

I am not a military law expert nor do I claim to know the laws pertaining to this matter. It is probably not a serious matter unless the military can show that you had the intent to trespass and you have been warned or cited before. You should retain counsel to represent you.
