Bond Motion

How can I get a bond hearing. I need to set a bail for someone and need to know where I can find the form.

Only a lawyer can file a motion for a bond hearing. A party can request a hearing or file his or her own motion pro se, but nobody else can file on that person's part.

you cannot file for a bond hearing unless you a lawyer
