Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If me and my childs father got into a big fight and the police was calld out to our place and they charge him with aggravated battery on a pregenant person,is it true that we cant talk or even be around each other even though he is the father of my child

That is correct. The court would have put a stay away order into effect. He cannot have any contact with you whatsoever. This order can be modified with court approval. However, if he has any contact with you prior to any modification he will be in violation of the order and faces further criminal penalties.
