felony
i have been charged with felony 1 but not found quilty yet. I am pleading innocent. Will this charge show on my background check as i am looking for a job

Since you have not been convicted of this crime, nothing should show up on a background check. You could answer any question about a criminal conviction in the negative...so long as you have no priors. good Luck. Tom Rosenblum
