Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
FLORIDA EXTRADITION LAWS:
my mother was picked-up in broward county on 7-17-09 and is in "holding" for out-of-county charges on 8-19-09 they moved her to dade county in miami. I as her daughter would like to know if duval county in jacksonville, FL is going to extradite her back or what??? her charges include (1)FELONY(1)MISDEMEANOR(1) VIOLATION OF PROBATION If you would please shed some light on this i would be so gratful.thank you and god

If She was picked up on warrant Duval county-I think jacskonsville is in that county she will be taken there to face the outstanding charges.If you need further assistance e-mail me your phone # to discuss.
