Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My husband left me and filed an injunction with more than half of the report not even being true. he is now saying he made a mistake and wants it removed but they told him that once he filed it, he cannot remove it until we see the judge. He has been contacting me even though I told him it's not right, I don't want any trouble, especially when I'm pregnant, and not to talk to me until it has been resolved but he ignores it. he said he will ask the judge to dismiss the charges. Will this get him into major lawful trouble?

Him asking the judge to dismiss an injunction will not get him into trouble. To be on the safe side, however, both of you should avoid contact. You risk jail even if you didn't initiate contact so go to the hearing, which is usually set relatively fast, and if he asks the judge to dismiss it, the judge usually will and that will be the end of it and you two can go back to working on your marriage (if that's what you want).
