Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Is it legal to sell animals (puppies) on the side of the road? Yesterday there was a woman and two children selling French/American Bulldog puppies for $200 and Chihuahua puppies for $350. We did not purchase one because we didn't know the law on this. The puppies were not vaccinated or vet checked. Thank you.
