Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am living with a felon. Can he get in trouble if I have a gun in our home? And what does he need to do to have his gun rights restored?

Yes he can. It can't be in the same room that he resides and it needs to be in a location that he has no access to such as a gun safe or other secure location.
