Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Is a non payment and non return of items at rent a center a criminal matter or civil case? Can you get arrested for it?

Yes it is absolutely Criminal. Further you can be sued civilly. It is a third degree felony where you face up to five years in prison.
