i have problem my cousin keep all my furniture i never lived with her she offer to hold for me because i am going to be foreclosed...

Nobody has the right to "hold" your property without your permission; that is called theft. Your foreclosure circumstances has little to do with it. You can demand your property back, even if it means calling the police.
