Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

i got pulled over when an officer had another car pulled over already the reason headlight broken the first thing the officer ask me was (have i ever arrested u before) my answer no then he ask me to step out the car he began asking me personal questions while being talk to another officer search the without a warrant and found a small glass of weed while i ask for a ticket he place me under arrest the let me go from the jail house

Not sure what your question is, but it sounds like this was an illegal search. You should talk to an attorney in your area right away so that the search can be challenged and possibly get the case dismissed.
