Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was renting a room in Orlando from this lady who owns a condo. She told me that I had to be out by a certain time so I said ok and I left the house in good condition sent the key back to her and let her know that I was relocating to Georgia. Even though I didn't stay for the full following month she said that I had to still pay her a fee of 118.75. I said ok, and I left her the check. Unfortunately the check bounced because I gave her the wrong check for the wrong account. But I didnt realize it until the check actually bounced because I had just opened the account before I left. And the guy at the bank put the wrong titles on the checks. But now she is claiming to put a warrant out for my arrest for theft by deception. Can she do that?

She has to take certain actions, such as giving you the opportunity to make the check good first. It seems to me you have several defenses, but you might want to consult an attorney in person. And she can't put out a warrant. It takes law enforcement and judges to do so.
