Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Thank you for your response to my question reguarding my cousin who was falsely accused of molesting a 14year old girl on the school bus. He is currently serving 21 days in djj once he gets out and talk to the public defender can they request to see the video tape under that florida open records law to make sure the tape was not tampered with and to get the charges against him dropped.
