Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I have been sentanced to a high risk level 8 program, and i am 18. I just plead out to 6 years adult probation, i have no need to go to a program. i caught my FIRST and ONLY juvenile felony on may 5th (turned 18 on may 13th), i turned myself in for a burglary and gave a confession. I went to my arrignment and the state attorney and public defender scared me into pleaing no contest right away, they told me i was going to get directly filed and get 5 yrs if i didnt plea out, and they told me i would get just probation since it was my first and only felony, a 3rd degree burglary, so i plead no contest. in june i caught 2 felonies as an adult and bonded out, then caught multiple felony 2 weeks later. it is November 10th and I have been incarcerated since July 10th. I plead out to 6 felonies on October 20th and got 6 YEARS probation, If i violate i go to prison for 34 months off rip. I only went to my arraignment and my sentancing court date, i never went to my disposition or my staffing. they knew i was locked up and continued court while i was in county and sent me to a lvl 8 program when i was told i would get probation. im hiring a lawyer, but ont know what to expect, i want this to be ran concurrent with my adult court stuff, or be relieved of it. it has been over 60 days since the sentancing, so im aware some motions wont work. But i was threatened into taking the plea, misinformed, mislead, and misrepresented. i feel like my rights have been violated and i was not given a fair chance in court. what can be done??

You need to address these questions with the lawyer you hired. A lot of things can happen and a lot can be done, but no lawyer on this forum is going to be able to answer all the questions you have without meeting you. You took the most important step in hiring a lawyer. Instead of trying to get free advice on here from someone you don't know, talk to the lawyer you hired and spent money on so that they can advise you. Good luck.
