Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Sentence Modification
If a person received 2yrs prison time and 3yrs probation and wants to do probation time as prison time who do you need to contact? Once released the person will not be required to report to a probation dept, because the probation time was completed as prison time.

you would need a lawyer to do a modification, but i doubt such an arrangement could be made. you are much more expensive to the state in prison than on probation.
