Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My son was suppose to appear in court on 4/5/18 for a previous charge of non return of rental equipment to a rent a store 300.00 or more in value. He did go to court, however the probation officer submitted papers that he violated in probation. When he was at court he came outside and decided to run off. The judge issues a bench warrant and they caught him on 4/14/18 and he is currently held in jail with no bond. He is currently scheduled for a court hearing with the judge on 5/15/18 for FTA Sentencing Charge? He has a public defender working with him and has also pleaded not guilty. What are the senarios that can come out of this hearing?

It would be impossible to answer based on the information provided. It can depend on the charge the judge the prosecutor and many other factors. I suggest you ask his public defender what the possible outcomes would be.
