Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was charged with Battery 784.03 in Florida. With my shoulder,i moved a guy out f a drink line. No arrest just citation. Never been in trouble before. We never physically placed hands on each other. Not even cuss words were spoken. I don’t feel like I’m guilty of battery. It was not my intention to hurt them just move. No injuries either

The Florida jury instruction only requires that it'd be a touch without that person's consent. Based on your description that may technically fall into that category. However I strongly suggest you get an attorney to fight this because there are arguments to be made to either dismiss the charge or go to trial.
