Spouse recently convicted of Grand Theft
My wife was recently convicted of Grand Theft. Shortly, she will have an opportunity to pay restitution and avoid jail time, and have adjudication withheld. This involved my wife's former employer. I was never subpoenaed, never attended a hearing, never appeared to be involved. However, being her husband, am I linked to this in anyway? Do I have any responsibility for her restitution?

Also, her parole officer requested a copy of her marriage license upon their first visit. Why is this?
