Submit an application to seal or expunge to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. The application must include your fingerprints, a certified copy of your case disposition, and an application fee. You can only expunge a case that has been dismissed or has been sealed for at least 10 years. If your case was not dismissed but adjudication was withheld then you might be able to get it sealed. I strongly recommend you hire an attorney to handle this for you.

Expunction of juvenile records is very specific. You can only expunge arrest record if you successfully completed a prearrest or postarrest diversion program and you can only do so no later than 6 months after completion of the diversion program.
