under statute 790.10 would a soft air toy bb gun not a co2 bb gun be consiterd a dangeres weapon or not ???

While a jury may decide that it is not a "dangerous" weapon, even a bb gun could cause you to be charged with aggravated assault, which is a felony punishable by up to 5 years prison. You need an attorney if you have been charged with this.
