Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

I am being discriminated against because I do not belomg to the Boys Club

I have been with a NYSE company for twenty years. Several men have been rehired by my company making three times my salary doing the same job i do. I work in the state of Florida as a Sales Executive. Because of promotions, several accounts in Florida were available and I asked to be considered for these. A man who lives in Michigan, rehired by the company doing the same job as I, was given these accounts to work, because he is one of the boys and needed help to get started. I know this is not right and I don't know what to do. Please advise. Thank you.

You very well may have one or more claims: Violation of the Equal Pay Act, gender discrimination in violation of Title VII of the U.S. Civil Rights Act, and gender discrimination in violation of the Florida Civil Rights Act. You should see an employment law attorney for a consultation immediately.
