Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

dui / implied consent

I am a florida resident who was charged

with 1st offense dui and implied

consent. Have not been to court yet.

Will the implied consent charge carry

over and suspend my FL license 1 year

regardless of dui charge outcome ?

If you decline the test your license is subject to suspension regardless of the outcome of the DUI.
