dui impound
the vehicle i was in when i was arrested for dui was not mine. i do not own a vehicle. am i going to have to buy a car just so it can be impounded to keep from violating my probation and going to jail?

No. Usually the vehicle impoundment is waived if you do not own a vehicle. DUI is a very serious offense. You can contact me to discuss your case in more detail.

The impoundment condition only applies to one who owns a vehilcle or has exclusive possession of one.
