Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

Florida law about licenses~not DUI

my son is being hunted like a dog because he didnt get a fl license in 90 days, as he was told. If he goes to the DMV to get one, which is what they want him to do, will he be arrested? thank you.

This is a strange question. If he has not permanently relocated to Florida, why would anyone insist that he get a Florida license? If he has just decided to permanently move to Florida, then why not get a Florida license?
