Re: Dont want to go to jail

for a first offense dui you are looking at the following penalties: fines up to $1000, court costs, dui school, victim impact panel, community service, vehicle impoundment, suspended license for 6 months, and possible interlock device. There are many ways to beat a dui charge. please call my office any time. All My Best, Joe Vredevelt 305.670.3119.

Re: Dont want to go to jail

The minimum penalties for a DUI are statutory. They do not include jail, but it does include fines, community service, and a loss of license. The best (only?) way to avoid that is to get the state to reduce the charges to a reckless driving, which may be possible depending on the facts of your particular case.
