Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a 5year old that has my last name father was never present now he's trying to get time sharing for a child he know nothing about. Have a court hearing coming up. But out the blues on the 27th of March he was charge with;2nd Degree Felony For Molest Vic 12-16 YOA Statue 800.04.5c2. 2nd Charge Lewd/ Lasc Act Victim 12-16 YOA Statue 800.04.4a. 3rd Charge 3rd Degree Felony for False imprisonment for child. Statue 787-02-1A. So I went to the court few days ago and file a motion to revoke any parental or visitation rights. Since he's basically a stranger instead of a father to my daughter and I'm in fear she's going to be his next victim of molestation. He was charge with the crimes. What can I expect from the court???

Every Judge is different so I can't comment as to what you can expect from the Judge.

As to the criminal charges review Florida Statute 61.13 (2) (b) 2. You should ask for DNA testing to determine if he is really the Father before any visitation occurs. Lastly file a counter-petition seeking child support.
