Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a Motion for Contempt (Child Support payments) and the court is located in Hillsborough County, FL. I the Father, live in Escambia County, FL, about a 7-8 hour drive from Hillsborough County. The Mother and my child live in Boise, ID. How do i go about getting the venue changed to Escambia County so i will not have to find a way to the Tampa area?

1. Ask judge if you can appear by phone. Written motion may be required by judge.

2. Make written motion to transfer case to Escambia County.

All this should have been done long ago.
