May I act as co-counsel

In a Florida divorce proceeding, as a respondent do I have a right to sit at counsel table and actively participate in proceedings.

As a Respondent you have a right to sit at the table, however you will not be able to acts as a lawyer if you are represented by a lawyer. You will be able to respond to questions as a witness would. You would also be able to make suggestions through notes to your attorney.
