Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I came to an agreement with my daughter's father which allowed him unsupervised visits as long as he gave me 3 negative drug tests, but I never got any results from him. Now he wants to take me to court to get his supervision saying he has drug results from a probation drug test. Can he use that to get visitation even though I never got the results by a certain due date? Also, should I get a lawyer in case it goes to court?

Your agreement was not solidified by the court. Therefore the Court Order that you have stands. Yes, I would advise getting an attorney.
