i have doubts my child is mine, but when i asked my ex for a dna test she said no. i live in another state as her. i live in florida and she lives in oregon, is there any way i can have this dna test done?

You can have the courts order a DNA test to disestablish paternity. You would have to file a petition with the court though. In all likelihood you would have to file the petition with Oregon.
