Is it considered child endangerment to drive with a suspended license with a child as a passenger?

Get the suspension removed. You should not be driving with a suspended license. It may not amount to child endangerment, but then you can get stopped for even the slightest traffic enfraction, and arrested. The other parent would have to come get the child, and this is simply avoidable by not driving or having someone with a license drive you and the child to where you need to go.
