alimony

Is a wife who received alimony that was denied after being in a supportive relationship and that relationship ended..is she entitled to receive again from the ex-husband?

Though the law doesn't specifically say, the answer is almost certainly no.

The equivalent argument would be: if alimony stops because the woman gets remarried, would it start up again because she got divorced from her new husband? Obviously not. The idea behind the "cohabitation stops alimony" statute was that living together is pretty much the same as getting married. People were putting off marriage and living together just to keep alimony checks coming. I think almost any judge would agree that, once the alimony stops in a situation like this, it stops forever and can never be restarted.
