child support

i would like to know if we now have custody of my child, and the defandant was sent all the info from the courts ( because she doesnt have an attorney ) on what to turn in, if she turned in everything w/ in the 20 days but the income can she be defaulted on that?,

That certainly would be a subject to be brought up when you get before the judge.

If she is "pro se", i.e. representing herself, the judge might be more lenient.
