Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

child support

I received child support for 2 children through a court order. One of my children has turn 18, 5 months ago. My other child is 16. I am still receiving the same amount of child support for both children. The total amount was not broken down indivualy for each child. Does my support payment stay the same until my 16 yr old is 18 or when he graduates whichever comes first?

Re: child support

Look at the support order to determine when the support is scheduled to end. The paying parent may soon seek assitance through the courts to terminate payment for the adult child. He may also seek to be reimbursed for monies overpaid. Consult a local attorney for more assistance.
