child support

the state of massachusetts want to serve me with a court order but i live in florida. do i have to travel to massachusetts to go to court?

You'd have to speak with a Massachusetts to know if they have jurisdiction. If the states were reversed (someone filed a case against you from Florida and you lived in Massachuseets), you'd probably have the right to have the case dismissed.
