Child support

My wife and I have been married for 9 months. She has a child from a previous marriage. Her ex is trying to file for a reduction in child support. My wife makes no income and I make $150,000 a year. Can he reduce his child support in the state of Florida based on what I make since we file a joint return?

There are only a few reasons the court will consider lowering child. Lucky for you this is not one of them.
